- BHBrian Heckman3 days ago1.0Wife was stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes with a baby in the back seat. The drive thru attendant said nothing to her, didn’t apologize, didn’t offer an explanation as to why Panera bread took an insane amount of time. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. I will make sure to spread the word.

I got a hot turkey with lettuce tomato and cheese, there were 2 slices of turkey for 9.99 and as I was standing there I saw her putting mayo on the sandwich and I said there’s no mayo on it, the mgr. with the headset snapped at me and said that’s how we do it, then she put the whole sandwich in the oven to warm it. Freaking crazy. I also pd 8.99 for a bowl of wild rice and chicken and got the smallest bowl of soup ever, and it wasn’t hot at all. My wife got a 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup and her sandwich was ok but the soup was cold. Just crazy we spent 36.00 plus and this food was just bad and the service was like they didn’t even want to be there.
