  I’ve never seen a location use their pull-up spots more than this one. Half the time they are all filled because service is so slow. The employees at the first window are usually nice but the ones at the second window are never personable.Never a response when I say thank you.

  Don't get the Big Arch Meal. 1 almost $14 & basically looks like a dog's mess. It may taste like one, too. So much sauce could not eat.

  Every time I order DoorDash they forget my straw, EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s like they can’t do their job or something. How hard is it to put a straw in the goddamned bag before sending it off?

  I refuse to ever go to this one ever again. Every single time I have went to this store. They get my order wrong. Unfortunately I’m not exaggerating. The last 5 time where especially bad. Service is always terrible. You would swear they only hire angry people. And it doesn’t matter if you are the only person in line. Or there are a bunch of people. You are going to be waiting a while.

  The fast food chain that never ceases to disappoint. Decided to swing by for a Shamrock Shake today at 4:45 PM (03/13/26). I sat there for over 15 min at the speaker on the left while 4 other cars went through the speaker to my right. Every 5 minutes I called out and all I got was a "please wait". 20 min I try to order again. I hear wind blasting into her microphone something "pissing me off" and more wind. Sounded like they were outside having a smoke rather than standing at the register. That probably explains my wait time at the speaker. No break coverage and legally mandated breaks. Totally makes sense. Congratulations! That was the most unprofessional thing I've seen thus far in 2026. And, of course it was McDonalds. I drove off. They don't need my money, and now I'm not sure with that kind of unprofessional behavior loud and clear over every headset so brazenly that I would dare trust the food. I literally go to McDonald's once or twice a year and this is what I get. Basically, it's masochism. Just frequent enough to remind myself why a billion dollar company doesn't need my money or my time.
