    We go there alot but on a Sunday it wasn't that great fries cold and yucky, sandwich not made correctly

    Pretty sure they stole my order or refused to make it because I placed it at 11:47pm because when I got there at midnight to pick up my order they claimed to not have anything and wanted to hurry me away

    I went to the Drive-through about 11:10-11:15am and order a number 2, 2 jr bacon biggie bags and a kids meal! I get to my husbands work and start passing out the food and I’m missing a whole biggie bag and 1 nugget to the other biggie bag! I drive to Wendy’s and go inside to get it fixed and the manager accused me of stealing! Saying she bagged it and what ever happened from when you left to now it’s missing. Idk if people have done that or not but I have been a manager at Wendy’s and other fast food places and you are to never accuse someone even if they did it. She was so disrespectful I will never be coming back there! If I could give a 0 star I would

    Horrible Customer Service today. My bag was short of food, they Accused me of lying by saying I must have done something with the food before coming back to report it. I wish I could put ZERO stars.
