    It took them 30 minutes to make my burger and other things the lady at the front is nice but the people in the back are standing there doing nothing

    My children enjoy eating at Wendy’s, but our recent visit to this location was very unpleasant due to a rude employee. I ordered several meals for our family, including a Biggie Bag with a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger prepared plain with the bacon on the side and no cheese - something I’ve ordered many times this way for my daughter. When I received the order, the bacon wasn’t on the side. As the cashier tried to fix it, the person who made the burger repeatedly said, “The bacon is on the burger — that’s how this works,” in a rude and dismissive tone. I tried to clarify politely, but the employee continued repeating, "This is how it works." in the same way. Then, when I opened my own Classic Bacon Burger, it was missing both bacon and lettuce. When I went back to have it corrected, I was met with glares from the same employee. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable for asking that their order be made correctly. Mistakes happen, but kindness and professionalism go a long way — neither of which I received here. I left feeling upset and disappointed, and I will not be returning to this location.

    They are usually busy but the line moves fast.it is the only fast food restaurant on the north side of downtown with McDonalds being the one south side downtown .the meals at Wendy's are Accurate to the order.the one thing I dont like is the condiments are heavy on the sandwiches.ask for easy on the condiments but still run off sandwiches. Politeness is always given at windows for drive up.

    The food was really good n the customer service was even better !!!! The morning ladies were so amazing with smiles n personality! Jasmine made her special biscuits n Gravy n wow tht honey made it delicious!!! Thanks for being so polite n fresh food yum
