When I voiced my concerns to the "Manager", he seemed dismissive and uninterested in addressing the issue. This lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail in such a prominent location. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the food quality and customer service.
