Ordered takeout and once I got home to eat it , EVERYTHING was old! The fries and tots was old! It’s like they cooked the burgers hours before and heated them up a little bit. So I called them to make them aware. Mind you I wasn’t looking for a refund , i thought maybe they would’ve offered to remake it. Well I was wrong . The girl said they make everything fresh and I went to assure her that we have never had this problem before so it was a shock to us. She continued to say everything was made fresh and that we should dine in the next time. I was still patient with her and told her I wasn’t looking for a refund but I would like to come to some sort of compensation for this mishap because I did spend over $30. So she goes to say okay hold on let me ask my manager, I replied okay. Not even 30 seconds later the call ended! So now I’m a little upset but not fully because it could’ve been a mistake. I called back she answered. I let her know it was me again and that the call ended. She goes to say that she hung up because it was nothing they could do! I said so since it was nothing you could do you just hang up? She said YES I suggest you dine in the next time! I have never dealt with such disrespect from a restaurant before! I will never go back there! I didn’t call being rude, I wasn’t looking for a refund! I just was simply hoping for a REMAKE! As stated I’ve never had any bad experiences there so never did I think I would’ve been treated that way! So if anyone has any problems with their food don’t expect them to fix it let alone acknowledge it!!

I've been looking for a good burger joint around Canton. I miss Smashburger, in Denver. This was 95% there. The beef is juicy, but the seasoning and the bun weren't quite the same. Some thicker bacon would be nice. It's a good burger, but kinda pricey. The tots were hot and crispy, and the beverage selection is good. I'll go back when I've got a hankerin'.

Ridiculously high prices for mediocre to poor food. The air stinks of grease and burnt food. When they made something wrong they argued about how we were incorrect, despite the receipt clearly showing their mistake. In addition to that, I had ordered the Bourbon Bacon burger and there was so much sauce on it that there was at least two tablespoons worth of it that had dripped out. The sauce was also terrible, tasting of burnt brown mustard that completely overpowered the taste of anything else. The drinks were watered down and had fruit flies all over the machine. The credit card machine was broken forcing us to use a clunky kiosk. The biggest offense is that they're taking up valuable real estate that a better, more organized restaurant could use in their place.

I generally don't try new restrictions. I also generally hate writing reviews. However, I tried the Cheesy burger at this restaurant. The Cheesy burger and the lime mango drink were fabulous. The seats are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
