After a long day of school and work with no food from 7 am to 1:39 am when I pulled into this Taco Bell I was met with an ai ordering system. I admit I was a little annoyed and happened to say a few poor choice of words. Thinking no one was listening, might I add. The ai rounded up on accident. I said a few more foully mouth words and drove up to the window and was greeted with the sweetest I’m sorry for the Taco Bell workers. I proceeded profusely apologize, in which they gigged and told me they were sorry about my bad day and they hoped it got better. Long story short whoever was working window and the ai thing deserves a raise!!! Thank you for being so nice to me. I feel so much better and the food was perfect!

They were constantly serving the drive through people and were inattentive to the front. Food was not prepared good and looked rush. Many of the workers were sitting around and not doing much either.

If I had not already paid I would have left. The urinal has not been cleaned for years. Greenish brown stains. The sink was extremely dirty. It was disgusting to know that the employees preparing the food use this nasty bathroom.
