  Get rid of the AI at the drive thru...it adds even more time to the process and nobody actually knows what you order or your amount to pay.

  So tired of ordering from here and constantly missing food. By the time you get home and turn around to go back and get the rest of your order, your food is cold. So didnt even bother this time. Would love for management to call me directly and handle this and get a refund for our last order since half of it wasnt there and the guy at the window wouldnt even talk or say a word. Do better. For now on we will go in, take it all out of the bag on the counter and double check for you.

  Dear Taco Bell enthusiasts, on January 8th 2026. After a long day of school and work with no food from 7 am to 1:39 am when I pulled into this Taco Bell I was met with an ai ordering system. I admit I was a little annoyed and happened to say a few poor choice of words. Thinking no one was listening, might I add. The ai rounded up on accident. I said a few more foully mouth words and drove up to the window and was greeted with the sweetest I’m sorry for the Taco Bell workers. I proceeded profusely apologize, in which they gigged and told me they were sorry about my bad day and they hoped it got better. Long story short whoever was working window and the ai thing deserves a raise!!! Thank you for being so nice to me. I feel so much better and the food was perfect!

  Was scolded twice by the staff member at the window, Gabriella, because the AI didn’t pick up my order, and she had to manually take my order. Absolutely inexcusable.

  Made an order through the mobile app and it took me ten minutes to get there after ordering and I had to wait thirty minutes to actually get my food that wasn’t even near a big order. They were constantly serving the drive through people and were inattentive to the front. Food was not prepared good and looked rush. Many of the workers were sitting around and not doing much either.
