  Its taco bell, its simple, its easy. Give people what they order. The quality of service is just so bad these days and there's never any accountability. Be polite, be respectful, be what you signed up for in customer service or let someone else do a better job than you

  Was doing uber eats and was waiting on the order to be ready, I was thirsty and feeling slightly light headed. I went to buy a drink and told I wasn’t allowed because it “was DoorDash policy”. First of all, it was an uber eats order. Second, that isn’t a policy of uber eats or DoorDash that I can’t order a drink while waiting for an order. The lady seemed like she was on a power trip and where I could’ve pushed the issue and ordered it off the kiosk anyways, I let it go. Usually have great interactions with most of the workers here and they’re friendly but whoever this lady was needs properly educated and trained. Leaving an extra 2 stars for the employees who have made going here a good experience in the past.
