After they made my sandwich and I started to pay, I was told that I couldn't use my coupon on the sandwich I had ordered. So, instead of paying 6.99, I had to pay 13.99. On the coupon it didnt specify that it could only be used on certain sandwiches. After discovering Dibella's Subs, I will not go back to Subway again. Not just because of the coupon fiasco, but because Subway has no standard for quality. This has been going on for years, it's time for them to change or go.
