Every time I order they’re always closed apparently, no one knows how to cancel my order. Service is horrible

I'm giving the review I'm giving,
For one.
My first time ever ordering from this subway as I live on the other side of town & don't eat out often, & you guys have showed me why.
I ordered online to be picked up, a few subs & in one was an acrylic fingernail which leads me to believe that my food wasn't being made with proper protection. & Careless at that.
I called back MINUTES AFTER picking my order up as I ate half of it before pulling my nail out of my mouth!! I have pictures. I have recipes and time stamps. I talked to Tiffany the first time who was working shift. I don't believe it was hers, I believe it was her co worker who lied about having nails on, when someone purchasing in the store at the time of my phonecall had confirmed she infact did have French tip nails on. I was told to call back 2 days later, for something to be done. I INFACT called today!!!!! & Talked to the manager Jenn & was told she can't do anything because it's been 2 days!!!! Who trains these people? I have all evidence, the nail, my Sandwich, my receipt, my call logs, & screen record logs. I have contacted the health department + I have contacted the FDA & head quarters, made me pay $35 for an order that wasn't safely prepared, I think about it Everytime I eat & my next steps will to seek out advice on legally what to do next! Do not go here!

Went there today after work... The workers are amazing!!! And one stood out the most!!! She was awesome. Fast, friendly, and service was on point. Very clean.
