I have had great experiences here, but for some reason when we went tonight it seemed a lot different. Trash was piled out on the counter by the trash can. Drinks had been spilled around the fountain and tea dispensers. They were completely out of chips and some toppings. I understand running out of things, but there were at least 6 people behind the counter someone could have cleaned up the trash if they didnt have anything to do or wiped the counters by the drinks, but instead most of them just talked. Hopefully if we make it back it is better next time.

I had high expectations but Im sadly disappointed. I ordered a quesabirra burrito and a steak fajita quesadilla. I literally think they forgot that both these items contained meat, both items were a little over $13 each so $27.40 for both and no where near that in quality. I dont mind paying high prices for food when the quality is there but this is ridiculous.

I was really excited to try this new Canton location since it’s only been open for a few months, but unfortunately, my visit on a Monday afternoon was very disappointing.
The chicken was extremely overcooked — burnt and rubbery — and the sautéed peppers and onions looked like I was given the last few pieces left in the pan. They had clearly been sitting out for a while and didn’t taste fresh.
The chips were stale as well. I mentioned it to the manager, and he said someone would take care of it. However, another employee brought us more chips from the same container, which made no difference because they were just as stale.
They were also out of shrimp, with no option to wait for more, and the Coca-Cola Zero was unavailable.
While our food was being prepared, a screw fell out of the prep table. The employee handled it appropriately by discarding the screw and changing her gloves before continuing. I appreciated that she took that step, and she was friendly throughout the interaction. However, the fact that a screw fell out of the prep table in the first place was concerning. The restaurant was also freezing. We ate with our coats on.
The restroom didn’t have trash on the floor, but it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The grout was especially dirty, which is surprising for a location that’s still so new.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially since I had been looking forward to trying this location. I hope they improve their food quality, maintenance, and overall cleanliness.

It’s very rare that I actually take the time to leave a bad review when it comes to food, but I just couldn’t help myself on this one.
I walked into order and there might’ve been 15 people in the kitchen. It looked like some sort of district manager was there, and everybody just seemed distracted.
The first girl who started preparing my food was wonderful great conversation. The second one who was putting all the toppings on kept looking away, kept looking down. I had to repeat what I wanted on my bowl two or three different times.
I go to pay and there’s trash all around at the terminal. Someone’s drink is there there’s crumbs and there’s empty sauce containers.
I get home which is about a six minute drive and my food is ice cold. The chicken was completely burnt and overcooked and it just was not good whatsoever.
I even took the time to fill out their little survey and asked to be contacted about it just in case that this was like a one off or a misunderstanding and nobody reached out to me at all.
If you are coming here, be prepared for a very hit or miss experience.

We tried Qdoba for the first time a few weeks ago, Sunday evening, between football games. There were two people in a booth, a woman waiting on her order/cashing out, and a car at the drive up. There was no one in line, which was great because it gave us time to peruse the menu. The young woman greeted us in a timely fashion, then went about her business while we looked at our options. She seemed distracted/spacey to the point we were starting to feel like she forgot about us. We’re patient people. We waited. That time standing there gave us plenty of time to notice how the working area behind her was in disarray. We got the impression they were short staffed, and perhaps were just trying to keep their heads above water after a busy afternoon. Flu season was raging then, so it made sense. After a solid half dozen minutes (and more) and no one behind us, we were acknowledged again, but not before she said to the staff that the person at the drive up was still waiting on their order. (And so was the woman who was in front of us.) It wasn’t like the three staff members (and then a fourth) were on their phones. Everyone was working. We received our food in a reasonable time frame, but by then, the experience felt like a Twilight Zone episode. (“What just happened???”) It may have tainted our opinion of the food. It was decent enough. Having said that, we will try it again as many reviews are great. We just happened to hit it on a rough night. I guess we’ll find out.
