This excessive delay is unacceptable and resulted in a very frustrating experience. Furthermore, when the order finally did arrive, the quality of the food was extremely poor. The pizza was barely warm and did not taste fresh. To be frank, the flavor and texture were so disappointing that it tasted comparable to low-quality, pre-made gas station pizza, which is far below the standard I expect from Papa John's. The combination of an unacceptably long delay and the poor food quality ruined my meal that I was highly looking forward to since I hadn’t ate all day. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation for your reference. I look forward to your quick response and resolution.

I took it back asked for a refund because it was cold. Girl said no so I pushed pizza onto counter and told her to throw it away then. As I was getting in my truck she opened a window and shouted "Don't Come Back" I do not recommend this place if you want tasty warm/hot food or friendly fair customer service.
