I go to pick up my order and took it back to my office. We go to open the sealed bag, and we are missing a BOWL of soup. I call the restaurant to let them know and they said I could come back and get my BOWL of soul. While aggravated that I had to do this I did because we paid for it and I wanted my BOWL of soup. I get back to the restaurant and received another sealed bag, So what's inside? A CUP of broccoli soup. Needless to say, due to the incompetence of the staff at store (address) 4668 Belpar St NW, Canton, OH 44718 I will not be back. There are other Panera locations whose staff are able to do their jobs!

You have to do a search for almost everything, including coffee. It's no wonder there were very few people there at 11:00 Sunday morning. They were friendly so I figured they were just short staffed. I got my drink. The food comes from a different counter, I didn't know that. This was my first time at a Panera Bread. It seemed like a fast food kind of thing. The food was good. My experience there was really mixed and a bit confusing. So I gave it three stars, not good, not bad, just kinda something in the middle.
