We had drinks, appetizers and ordered our food. After we ordered our food, we then waited 1 hour and still did not have our food. We asked to have our food boxed up as we were very upset by this point and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food. At no time did a manager approach us. We were not offered a discount on our bill. We filled out a survey and still have not been contacted 1 week later. We were told the delay was due to seasonal workers, however, we watched people who had ordered after us and got their salad after us receive their dinners before us. By the way I would not recommend the Steak and Alice chicken dinner. It was not worth the money!!!

Today, we took our grandson for his birthday because he loves their wings. Once again, they were out of wings. We left. How can you be out of wings twice within a three week span?! Not sure we will be visiting this location again. Whomever is in charge of ordering needs better training. I can’t imagine how many customers are disappointed to find one of the staples at Outback is frequently not available. Do better.
