  Ordered New York strip and was told they were out of them. Then ordered steak coconut shrimp. Was out of coconut shrimp. This was at noon on a Monday. Been told this location was going downhill. Believe it now. What steakhouse doesn't have New York strip steaks?

  My first time going here and honestly it wasn't great. Service was decent could have been better. It seemed like they were in training so I'm not gonna gripe. It was nice and quiet, music wasn't loud, people weren't loud, no screaming kids. The food though, it wasn't good at all. I got the steak shrimp Alfredo and the steak was wrongly chewy and rubbery. The shrimp wasn't cooked all the way and was overly seasoned. Like they accident dumped a bucket of seasoning on it. Now I love pasta don't get me wrong but this pasta was slimy. Idk how else to put it but it was slimy. Honestly moving from Colorado to Ohio, I noticed the food quality is poor here. Colorado everything taste so good and perfect but here in Ohio everything is so bland and gross. That could just be me though.

  We ordered 3 filet and lobster tail with salad and baked potatoe, one salad didn't come out and had to be reordered. One filet didn't come out either and had to reorder it. The potatoes were also cold but they did take off one filet from the bill. Probably won't be back.

  It took the waitress 15 mins to acknowledge I was even there she came over twice while I was there and they can’t say they was busy it was only 4 people there I won’t see myself coming back here the customer service is absolutely horrible and the bread was hard as a rock on the bottom

  My hubby and I were coming to this location about 3 times a month. About 6 months ago was the last time we had been there besides today for valentines day. 6 months ago we had issues with our steaks being cooked incorrectly. My husband's was undercooked and mine was as well. When they recooked mine, they cooked it in the chimichurri sauce which is super strong. I ended up telling them I no longer want my meal. My husband had his steak recooked and it was still wrong so he also told them he no longer wanted his meal. We went with our 3 year old and he was the only one that ate. They still made us pay for his food, I dont mind because it was fine, but the 2 adults that were paying didnt get to eat, they could have comped the remaining $17 balance. We hadnt been there since because of the steak issues. When we went today, on our anniversary, for valentine's day all of our food came out wrong or cold, we also didnt get our soup and salad until our food came out. His steak was basically raw in the middle, mine was undercooked as well. When all the food came out the second time it was spot on. I know we aren't the only ones having this issue. On both occasions multiple people had issues with their food. Today the lady next to us sent her steak back 4 times before it came out correctly! They did give us a small discount and a free desert for our problems today. I wish they had a cook in the kitchen that knew how to properly cook a steak the first time. I miss eating at the outback and they are loosing good money because of this.
