This is not the first time I have had issues with this specific dunkin...I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when I can, but today was ridiculous.
I placed my order before I left my house to be picked up at 10:40. We showed up at 10:50. When we walked in, the lobby was full of people and the counter where they were making drinks was full of empty cups. The employees weren't moving fast at all and no one seemed to be trying to help other areas. It was already 10 minutes past when I had it scheduled to pick up, and I had to be at work at 11. My fiance took me to work and came back to wait for the drinks. My order of 2 frozen coffees, a shaken espresso, and an energy drink wasn't done until 11:05...that's almost half an hour past when it was supposed to be done. I understand being busy, but there was only a couple cars in the drive thru and a lobby full of people that were waiting on drinks. I'm not sure what order they work in or anything, but I would think that an order that is ordered ahead of time for a specific time (already paid)should take precedence over cars/people that show up and order at that time...

This star rating is for Carly who works the window and headset & her ONLY! Always very nice and welcoming, the other lady who happens to be the GM completely opposite! She’s always very rude, rushes you through your order & when you pay, never greets you with a smile etc! Horrible. Carly is the only reason I come back to this location.
