  I got the toxic ex expresso and like a toxic ex it got me sick to my stumach. It tasted off and after sipping about half of it I just couldn't do it and tossed it along with my breakfast I'd ate that morning. I won't be getting anything from this location again idk what they did to my drink but im still sick to my stumach

  I typically come to this Duncan often on my way to work. Usually a pleasant experience however this morning when I received my coffee the lid had old dry coffee on it and the cup. I requested them to please make me a fresh cup. The girl at the window acted as if I was asking too much . A different lady then brought the same cup up with coffee dried and spilled on the side and just switched the lid. It's safe to say I will not go there anymore and just go out my way to another. This happened at 8:30 am today. Integrity and character goes a long way as I work in hospitality. I was very respectful when I asked for them to just remake the cup.

  This is not the first time I have had issues with this specific dunkin...I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when I can, but today was ridiculous. I placed my order before I left my house to be picked up at 10:40. We showed up at 10:50. When we walked in, the lobby was full of people and the counter where they were making drinks was full of empty cups. The employees weren't moving fast at all and no one seemed to be trying to help other areas. It was already 10 minutes past when I had it scheduled to pick up, and I had to be at work at 11. My fiance took me to work and came back to wait for the drinks. My order of 2 frozen coffees, a shaken espresso, and an energy drink wasn't done until 11:05...that's almost half an hour past when it was supposed to be done. I understand being busy, but there was only a couple cars in the drive thru and a lobby full of people that were waiting on drinks. I'm not sure what order they work in or anything, but I would think that an order that is ordered ahead of time for a specific time (already paid)should take precedence over cars/people that show up and order at that time...

  No sense of urgency, no organization, 0 acknowledgment of their line out the door and why we were waiting 30 minutes for our 2 drinks
