The guy on the phone was extremely rude when I called to order. Being so snappy n short. Then we get there to pick up the order through the window. My son checks his food and his wings are plain. So I say these are supposed to be bbq he said ok. Hands the box to the woman inside she asks for the receipt, which I NEVER seen or got, n says no they're right and throws them on the counter. He hands me the wings w a bbq container and I asked if there's anyway he could toss them for him. He explains how sauces only come on the side and I said ok but asked why he didn't tell me when I ordered. He apologized. I told him how the guy taking calls was extremely rude and snappy n he asked if I wanted to come in and talk to a manager. I said yes but not dressed like this. We were in pajamas. Then he just says ok sorry and shuts the window. We will NEVER return to this location again. Messing up food I can understand here and there but literally every person being rude was a bit much.
