I won't be eating sub sandwiches here ever again. Starting the beginning of the year, they're only put on half as much meat on their subs. They ask you, what cheese you want. And then they don't put it on. We also told them we wanted mushrooms, onions and green peppers. They didn't put that on either. There was barely enough meat on the sub to cover the full sandwich, and it was pathetically thin. The tomatoes that they put on it were so thin paper is thicker than these tomatoes were.
And When I got home and found out that they ripped us off by not putting enough meat on the sub. By not putting the cheese on the sub, by not putting the onions, mushrooms and green peppers on it. When I returned it to the store, I found out that the manager's the one that served us the pathetic sub that we got . We've eaten at dibellas for a very long time and have never been ripped off as bad as we were today. For almost $13 for a sub, you should get more than a pathetic amount of meat didn't put the green peppers, mushrooms or onions on it. Didn't put the cheese on it. I think they expected you not to actually open the damn sandwich before we ate it, but I could tell by looking at it that they didn't put anything on it. When I got home and unpackaged it .
my advice to anyone thinking about going to this restaurant, don't
find somewhere else. There seem to be quite a few reviews of the same practice of not putting any meat on their subs.

We come to the canton location when we come to visit my sister, a 7 hour drive and our first stop once we got to canton is here. The past two times we have been have been bad experiences and just not worth the price.
First time in October we ordered two of the chicken cordon blu sandwiches and the cook didn’t put the ham on either sandwich and it was just skimpy with all the toppings.
Today we came and ordered two beef sandwiches and three kids meals. One of the two beef sandwiches had half the amount of meat than the other.
We’ve been here SO many times and the past couple times the quality has just gone down and not worth it. Don’t think we’ll be back.
