- KBk bloom2 days ago3.0First time I have visited. Nothing special about the food. Was excited to see milkshakes and decided to drop $8 on it so they must be good, right? Either it was the most freezer burnt ice cream or they just added chocolate sauce to ice and blended. It was the first time I've sent something back and asked for it to be removed from the bill. Waitress was very understanding. Games were fun, but overall, nothing special about D&B for me.

The games were really fun and there was a wide variety to choose from. We did order food and it was ok. I would go back for the games but probably not the food. It wasn't bad just not great for the price. If youre just going for the games though I'd say its a five star experience!

Upon getting there and getting seated for dinner I went to order my first drink…with my parents, siblings and family friends all there to celebrate with me, and they refused to serve me with my paper id given to me by the bmv. The bmv took my other id and shredded it and told me all I need is my paper id. So we had a manager come talk with us and the manager was very rude and they were overall very ignorant! Even one of the other employees came over and said how upsetting that is because how is anyone suppose to come celebrate their birthday when they only have a paper id! The server asked me for my old id and my paper…yet there policy states they will not take an expired id and they will not take a paper id so….WHAT ID CAN I USE? Overall awful experience and will never go back sadly.

Second charge $31.37 waitress tried to tell me it was from charging the game card.. I had to show her the transactions and times we charged the game card 45 minutes before we bought the waters and 2 transactions at the same time before she would reimburse me..
