  For what it is and the variety of games, you’re better off going someplace else.. like an arcade bar in the valley or Lakewood ( $100 dinner for 2 ). I’d stick with just cheaper food items and avoid the fry appetizer all together as it was a giant soggy mess we didn’t even touch, $15 mixed drinks and surprisingly unable to get plain tartar sauce for a piece of fish. We actually didn’t even eat the food which I thought would trigger the server but I didn’t see her again til I went to replace a beer at the bar top. Pretty bad … we just paid and moved on but I wouldn’t get sucked into that mess again. Low quality food/service/bit boring games. All in all for games and food/drinks you can expect to spend upwards of $250 for a couple.

  Don’t go here for events or parties. Our experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I could write a whole story about it. But when we confronted the manager about our issues there was nothing done except an “I’m sorry”. We were at “dinner” for 4 hours, 2.5hrs just waiting for our food. With a 1 hour difference from when the first plate was dropped to the last plate. Not to mention they brought out the kids food very last. Never given water, had to go to the bar for our drinks because our server would forget or take 45min per drink or bring out wrong drinks but still charge us for the incorrect drinks say it’s “on the house” , extra charges on our bill, this is just a few of the many issues we experienced and will not be going back. Save your money, time, and patience and go anywhere else!

  Went to play games with our adult child and his wife and my husband and his best friend. We had a fabulous time there. A few games weren't working properly and they took our points anyway but the service gentleman refunded our points and helped us. Didn't catch the service guys name, but he was very tech savvy and knew how to fix the games that were messing up and refunded our points with no problems. Will return again!

  My group and I really enjoyed our time here. The activities available are fun in themselves, but is highly recommended to bring someone with you. If you need assistance and the host/hostess is not available, the bartender on staff is able to help with some needs. I had a previous card from an old visit and he was able to combine the old and new card into one account for my convenience. The staff is mindful of cleanliness, picking up trash as they walk the areas, and there was armed security on site keeping an eye on activities. This review will not currently feature a review on their food and drink as I have not had a chance to try it in the couple visits I've been here, but will update this to include info on it when I've had the opportunity.

  Went for a holiday work party.. Needed manager just to direct us to where the reservation was, which also had a birthday party and regular seating right by us which is whatever Service was pretty good from the 2 servers we had and a friendly manager. Games had some minor issues but overall mostly entertaining if expensive. Food was an absolute failure to the point that I began to wonder if the kitchen was setting them up to fail. Salads without dressing, old or stale croutons, dried out food, terrible pre made desserts. The so called chicken parm was just dried out chicken fillets with some burnt on sauce of any and a sprinkle of parm which definitely isn't your typical chicken parm. Felt like everything was prepared hours in advance and left to rot. The fresh food they brought out was marginally better but not by much. All in all go for the entertainment because the food is good awful.
