- CHChotsani HarrisDec 19, 20251.0Just came through the drive thru and they didnt take my order correctly and I didnt recognize until after I paid and looked at the receipt.... they didnt repeat back the order nor have a screen to make sure the order is correct...I thought they might have been running a promotion to why the total for my shake and chicken basket was cheaper so I didnt use my coupon ( 4pc chicken basket for $5.99)... When I brought it to their attention that my order was not taken correctly and asked to use the coupon they basically said there is nothing they can do and cant take a coupon after the fact and didnt offer any way to resolve their error in being able to take the order correctly... its not about the money BUT poor customer service and ability to problem solve when they didnt take the order correctly...I guess refunding me the $7.59 for the chicken basket and ring the order up correctly charging me the coupon price of $5.99 and the 4.49 for the shake was TOO MUCH TO ASK.....smh

The workers were friendly and the ice cream delicious as usual. I will go back. The prices are higher than last year but still affordable. We didn't have to wait long for our ice cream.
