Something they dont even have to make, then you call and they take no ownership, give you a nasty attitude and want to replace the item, how about you ruined my whole day, ruined my lunch and I dont have time to come back, nor do I want to come back to get ANOTHER MESSED UP ORDER!! Choose another store - Cleveland Ave NW SUCKS!!!! Especially the opening crew around 11am M-F.

Got in line to order only to find out they are out of steak and fajitas. The chicken looks burp to a crisp. I walked out. I don’t know who is running this store but they need to get it together. This is a disgrace and the health department should also check it out. Just foul.
