So sad that restaurants cant find people that can follow a small list of instructions. I used to drive past the Tommy Heinrich location because lets face it, they are probably one of the worst in the state, I was genuinely happy with the food and service and the last three times it just keeps getting worse. Im just going to stop giving you my business, I should get used to not eating it since most locations are struggling for this very reason. The Massillon location didnt even have change for almost a year so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Honestly I am just moving away from this area in general because its not a problem everywhere.. but until you hit North Canton you really cant trust the people down here to do anything. Its sad to watch them try to remember to put utensils in the bag. Good luck Chipotle. Id rather be at Qdoba.
