  I hesitate to even post this. We’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Hardly anyone there, but took the server forever to get served. Like between ordering and leaving. It was almost 2 hours. Others around us were waiting as well. Fully staffed as you can see. Normally I would say it was because of high volumes of customers. But there wasn’t. Gnats were not great either. And with a more expensive atmosphere. A bunch of bugs flying around is not very appealing as they land in the food. But the real reason I post this. We came back home to visit for thanksgiving weekend. And while the food was good. 3 out of the 4 of us got food poisoning of sorts. We were so sick, it was bad. Only 3 of us had the same thing while the other didn’t eat anything other than the yummy noodles. So while I love this restaurant. I am upset by this experience. I’m not sure we will ever go back to that location. And that saddens me. I don’t want to relive that again.

  Carrabas is a joy to go to. It's a bit premium in price but the food is phenomenal. Visually inside it's quite minimalist Italian styling but the open air layout seeing and hearing the kitchen, really is a nice touch. The staff is friendly every time. But the server Michael really took the time to care for the table. I'd like to also draw attention to the hostesses/greeters. Mikenzie was very understanding despite our late arrival for the reservation.

  I regularly visit these establishments, I’m from Jersey so that could possibly be why this experience has been my worst experience dining with Carrabbas. I have never had service as bad as the one I received in your canton Ohio store. My food came out cold and then they put it in the microwave as a way of fixing the fact that my food was cold and sitting. Then I’m not sure if Ohio people are use to this, but I find it very rude and disrespectful to randomly touch someone’s child. The manager here although seemed harmless but never do I think it’s is appropriate to touch someone’s child. Especially without the permission of the parent. Staff definitely needs some training or better understanding about what customer service means and the what to do and what not to do’s. I will still visit carrabbas but I most definitely won’t be attending this one ever again.

  I went there on New Year’s Day with a friend and we enjoyed a nice dinner with excellent service! Ava was our server. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and very swift getting refills and clearing plates. We started out with the crab cakes as an appetizer and they were delicious ! My friend got the chicken marsala and requested the linguine noodles and I got steak with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Everything came out great ! I ordered my steak med well to well and it was perfect!

  We got take out for lunch. The portion sizes are literally half of what the images on the website are. The shrimp scampi was a tiny cup of soup, a side salad, and four pieces of shrimp. The sausage stuffed mushroom appetizer was four small mushrooms, and the side of pasta that was nearly $5 was so minimal that it didn't even cover the bottom of the little to go tray it came in. The website did not reflect this at all and though the food was good I would have ordered more or differently. I ended up still having to make some sides for my family after trying to have a special take out order for new years where I didn't have to cook. Beware.
