Constantly swatting, killing then falling in food. Last night we couldn’t take it any more so after are drinks arrived we asked for check and left. They are big gnats. The double date next to us were constantly swatting and bothered by how horrible they were. We had the same waitress the last two times. Even though she was not rude, she was not pleasant. We will not be back and will take our business elsewhere. I have a feeling by the way others were talking they will not return.

Manager called me and offered a gift card, I gratefully accepted. Additionally, my $10 take home was Rigatoni Al Forno and it was excellent. Had it with sausage and it headed up nicely in the microwave. Here's hoping this doesn't happen again as I do frequent this restaurant quite often.

Wanted to have them trying something new asked the server to ask their cook what would be something kids friendly but also Italian and out walked a chef who said his name was keon and he cooks the pasta he suggested the spaghetti with meat sauce thats what his pick eaters eat so we got it and yall my picky eaters ate all of it. Thank you Keon for giving my my kids something besides nuggets tonight!
- RRRaeganNov 10, 20255.0Came for a date night with my husband we both ordered chicken and shrimp pasta and it was the best chicken and shrimp pasta we've ever had in all the years of coming here so we asked what changed and was told the cook changed so we asked for his name and if anyone knows a Keon who makes pasta at carabbas on the strip let him know he makes the best pasta and gave us the best date night because the food was just amazing

Our server told us there was a “computer issue” and the order didn’t go through, but when we asked for a manager, she flat-out confirmed the server never entered our order at all. At that point it was so late we had no choice but to get our food to go, so I can’t even tell you what the food tastes like because we didn’t get to enjoy the dine-in experience we came for. Especially disappointing because it was my mom’s birthday dinner. We ended up leaving hungry, frustrated, and embarrassed that her special night was ruined. Carrabba’s, this was unacceptable. Do better.
