So apparently the cheesecake is 2 scoops of whipped cream and half a strawberry. Disappointing to say the least.

We made reservations here for 6:30 on valentine’s day, after reading other reviews i seen that there were only two servers which makes me feel differently about my experience but still doesn’t change the way i would review this place. we were sat at 6:30 in a section where we only saw one server, we were not greeted until 7 o’clock and i believe the only reason we were even greeted was because a host overheard me say how insane it was that no one had even said hi to us for the last thirty minutes! We would have left but with it being valentine’s day we knew there wouldn’t be very many options for us and we had made these reservations to try what we believed was a nice restaurant to celebrate valentine’s day. We were not greeted we were asked by the only server we saw in our section if we had been helped yet, (obviously not) and then she proceeded to say then she would take us as if she were doing us a favor! Being a server myself i tried to give her the benefit of the doubt so we were patient and kind the entire time. We put in our drinks and appetizers which we ordered the wings, took a very long time to receive. Which personally me and my fiance don’t typically mind slow service because we enjoy each others company but when she finally brought out our wings she brought a dish filled 1/5 full of ranch and said “sorry i couldn’t find more ranch” which we just said it’s ok! but we thought to ourselves “why even bring us this” the menu doesn’t mention it being served with ranch and honestly who is to say that ranch wasn’t taken from another table! It was very unprofessional but i remember thinking “well it can’t get any worse than this” and actually got quite a laugh out of it. Then our entrees were brought out and my fiancés chicken parm rigatoni noodles were crunchy, both the sauce and noodles were cold, yet the chicken was very hot, chicken wasn’t very good and again me and my fiance ARENT picky people, and i’ve never felt the need to write a bad review till visiting this place, my shrimp tacos had two tiny pieces of shrimp on them which was disappointing because i actually enjoyed them, i won’t be naming our servers name because she was very nice and i bet overworked if there were only two servers working that day, that is not her fault. Management should know that more than two servers are needed for Valentine’s day Saturday night! There was no management in sight just a bunch of teenage girls running the place whom i felt bad for! At one point a host came over and told us how she was sorry for the bad service! how unprofessional for a host to feel the need to take the job of a manager! The thirty minute wait for the greeting, raw noodles, and zero refills should have all been things that resulting in a discount or something! all we got was constant apologies from our servers and host! This is no one’s fault but management. I feel bad for everyone who worked valentines night. I pray that this tragedy of a meal was only from it being a holiday, but we will not be coming back even so. To top it all off our server at the end of the meal told us “Happy Thanksgiving”. I believe you can only enjoy this place if you are drunk. I really hope my constructive criticism can help this restaurant see what needs improvement for the future.

Wife and I came in on Valentines day probably around 230pm. Hostess told us there was only 2 waitress and with reservations that our wait time would be 30 mins. We didnt mind the 30 minute wait so we went to the small waiting area. Within 10 mins the hostess came over and apologized and stated that they got new reservations that called in and our wait time would now be an hour or more! Seeing how this could spiral out of control we chose to leave. I have never in my life seen a restaurant push back wait times for people that were actively waiting in the restaurant for a seat for newly called in reservations!

My Grand daughters, my daughter and myself were looking forward to Brunch at Bruntwood . The food was served cold , cold prime rib sliders , cold eggs and bacon and a green English muffin , cold waffles. The stuff that came off the fryer was the only thing warm . When we spoke to the GM we were told they would adjust the bill . 20 min later the serving person came and removed some of the dishes , did not say anything. We then waited another 10 min and went up to pay the bill .We were told the Bill was cleared . Not sure how long they were going to leave us sit and wait without explaining this to us .My family will not be going here again .. Which is sad , because at one time the food was worth waiting for.

For the amount of people (14) we had with us, it was a really great experience. The menu isn't large, but it was perfect for my kids who are indecisive when ordering. The food was delicious, especially the chicken 🤤.
