  Every time I have came to this location the service has been awful. And I’ve heard that from many other people as well. Even when it is not busy it takes forever to order your food and the food takes forever. The check takes forever and they hardly ever come check on you.

  This place must have terrible management, thats the only explanation for why its such a consistently a bad experience compared to other locations.

  I ordered takeout garlic Parmesan and Thai curry traditional wings tonight. I live less than 10 minutes away but when I opened the containers I couldn’t believe my eyes. The size of the wings were small, dried up and very little sauce. I can’t believe I spent $55 on these wings.

  Check everything in your bag every single time you order anything to go because they will forget something every single time you order. I guess third time is a charm for me because I will be checking my bags every single time I order something from them to go box by box because for the third time in a row now I've gotten all the way home just to realize something was incorrect and the only reason why I did not check my order the last time I was there is because the lady at the counter looked like she thoroughly went through the entire bag in front of me and she looked at everything on the ticket as she was looking in the bag to confirm and then she handed me my bag so I assumed that she took note of everything that I ordered yet I should have double-checked it myself because I was missing an entire entree so Granite they will correct it for you they will remake the food or they will give you a restaurant credit for the inconvenience however if you would just prefer your food the first time around then I strongly suggest you double check all of your to-go orders every single time you get food from this restaurant because it is a necessity if you want your entire order to be present. The wings are good if you like traditional wings, if you want boneless wings they taste just like every other basic boneless wings out there very similar to what you can buy in the frozen section at your local grocery store. Expect to pay higher than normal prices on pretty much everything they sell unless you go on a day that a discount is offered or if you use their Buffalo Wild Wings app, if you use the app you can get reasonable prices but if money is no object for you then you should most likely enjoy the experience overall especially if you like traditional wings and they will make them to order at your preference whether it be extra crispy or extra wet on the sauce or light sauce whatever your preference ask and they will try to accommodate. Definitely be weary of your to-go orders and check them every time yourself to avoid having to make an extra trip back to the restaurant and taking time out of your day to do something you did not originally anticipate.

  Stopped by to get a couple drinks when out and about- Philip the bartender was great.
