He took a huge commercial kitchen container and drained a tea in it cleaned the container and put the tea back in. Not a problem until he used the same container for all the teas and lemonade. This normally wouldn't be a problem but one of my family members is allergic to strawberries and he used the same container for all of it. So if you have any allergies to the fruits in their teas please be careful because you think your getting something allergy free and you in fact are not. Please be careful this could cause someone horrible anaflactic reaction.

I found a shard of metal towards the end of my bowl and when I called guest services to inform them, the guy asked me what I expected him to do about it and then hesitantly asked if I wanted him to remake the bowl for me. I told him no and that he should check the food to make sure there isn’t any other hazardous materials in the food pans. He brushed it off and started making excuses for why the metal was there. As someone who works in the food/customer service industry, that is not how you handle the situation and the lack of concern is unacceptable. Never ordering from this place again.
