I was at the Everhard Arby's and went to the drive thru, I ordered the Double Beef & Cheddar meal with curly fries and asked if I could get a strawberry lemonade for the same price and she said yes and then charged me $1 more, then I get down the road started eating my curly fries and they were mixed half & half with regular fries and the curly fries were all small pieces an 1" or less, like they cleaned the fry bin out and gave it to me = strike 2!
Then I get home and took the sandwich out and there's no Arby's or horsey sauce = STRIKE 3 YOU'RE OUT, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
BTW I'm pretty sure the girl working the drive thru had a mental problem and I wouldn't usually bring it up but all 3 strikes were on her, why would you have someone like that working the most important position, the one that takes in the most money?

Manager older lady is rude and unprofessional! I told her exactly what I wanted and that was it! She then asks in a sarcastic manner no fries or drinks???? No I did not ask for fries or drinks!!!! Not everyone can eat or drink that!!! She was rude at window also asked me do l want to donate??? How many damn questions you have to ask me???? Get a life and learn some customer service skills!!!! Was rude when I pulled up to get food also!
