I didnt comprehend that you had to be signed up to receive digital deals, even though I did have an Acme Savings reward card. A very kind and knowledgeable Customer Service Rep got me signed up (after I purchased the groceries, explained the whole digital process (I had an old Acme card that didnt have my cell phone # linked to it), and then was able to get the deal. It probably helped that on this early Sunday morning) there weren't any customers at the customer service office yet. I just want to thank Acme for the kind rep who helped me.
