  I love getting food here, however, whenever I order pick up, it’s never ready at the pick up time. It’s always 10 or 15 minutes later. Once it was 20 minutes later! I understand if this happens every now and then, but every time? It’s very frustrating when you are expecting your food at a certain time and it’s not ready, or not even being prepared.

  I enjoyed my sub, my girlfriend did not enjoy hers. I guess it depends on if you like chewy, tough bread or not. I do...she doesnt. She also likes eggs in her Tunafish Subs but...hey...you never know how any place really makes them until you order one. I like the fact they have a list of EXTRA toppings to choose from such as roasted red peppers etc... I had the Chicken Philly with the extra roasted red peppers and it was delicious. Its worth another visit I believe for both if us because they do have other things besides subs. $10.49 base for a 7"...so get to the bank prior to going.

  Just wanted to send a quick review because I ordered here online today (3/12/26) and I was just so impressed with how nice and welcoming the staff was. I was about 10 minutes early for my pick up, they rushed it and then apologized for my wait! What! It was refreshing as so many people feel rushed or stressed these days. Everyone here had a positive attitude and it was just really good customer service. The food was awesome & the friendliness really stood out. DiBella’s is still true to good customer service and serving great food. Thanks for such a good experience, looking forward to coming back!
