  I hate to give bad reviews about businesses but this needs to be said. The price for the food and game card is way over priced. For 5 of us us it cost almost $300! That is rediculous! And this was for my boyfriend’s birthday. We u eres there so we can enjoy a few drinks and he was not able to drink because he didn’t bring his ID. So that was extremely disappointing. The food was ok. Not worth the $40 per plate. The waitress was nice . The atmosphere was ok. The women’s bathroom was a nasty mess. The customers that were there didn’t seem respectful. I was just hoping for a little better experience. And please lower your prices .

  I visited this location yesterday. I was redeeming egift cards and was extremely confused on how the process worked. The host was very helpful, very kind and did everything she could to help. And when I was still confused about some things, the manager helped sort things out. Unfortunately the waitress we had was absolutely terrible. Got the order wrong. Didnt bring the extra side of fries requested. Didnt check on us. She took forever to bring a drink refill, and when she finally did she just set it down and walked away with what definately seemed like an attitude, and without saying a word, like we had done something wrong. By that time we were ready to ask for the check and a box. She never came back to bring the check. After waiting long enough just went to the manager and asked to pay. Probably the worst waitress I've ever had in my life. Overall Im still giving 4 stars for the courtesy that was shown by the host. She was great. Hopefully ill have a better experience next time.

  We come every weekend. This place is always changing, evolving and growing which we love. Megan at the bar is always super friendly & attentive, my kids love to see her just to say hello. They can’t wait until they are old enough to sit at the bar one day (LOL). Thanks Dave & Buster’s for always being a reliable and fun family outing!

  I’m not one to complain, but I’m disappointed with our experience compared to the money we spent for our family. The games are cool, if you can get them to work. Many of the games didn’t work, but still took credits from our account when scanned. Just as old-school machines would sometimes eat your change, these machines strangely take your credits digitally. Several times, we saw them working again for another person a few minutes later, without seeing an attendant ever touching the machine. The amount for each game is anywhere between 7-12 credits, which doesn’t give you much bang for your buck. The ticket games are a joke if you consider what they want for the prizes. The meal was good. Service could have been better. Drinks are on the pricier side. Be mindful if you plan to dine and play. Upon ordering the eat and play combination, they’ll be more than happy to add 20% of the $80 you just spent on a game card onto the tip for your meal. So be sure to subtract that game card when you’re calculating your tip on the little card scanner they hand you. I wondered why the place wasn’t very busy on a Friday evening. I can think of plenty better ways to spend this kind of money for my family.

  Was picking up a DoorDash order for a customer around 10 o'clock last night. Walked up to the bar and the bartender said it's not ready, without even looking. I waited over 15 minutes and approached him again (the one with the unique haircut). There was not a single customer at the bar, but this guy gets super upset. He starts yelling why should he bag it up, he doesn't get anything out of it. When I rolled my eyes he started yelling about that too. The customer had a 2nd order to pick up at another place and it was cold by the time I got there, thanks to your bartender. The order was only spinach dip and fries, but this guy felt like it was not his job to do his job if he isn't getting a tip. I informed my customer why his order was so late. I doubt he will order from you again.
