  Depends on who's working if your order will be correct. Food is not consistently hit, even when there's no line. Meh. I avoid it and go to 256 or Canal if I have time. It's cool for cold stuff that they can just grab though.

  They really need to teach some customer service skills. People just aren't friendly anymore and I feel like if you don't like your job then by all means find another that does not require u to be in front and up center.

  the lobby was dirty so i chose to go through the drive thru instead assuming it was short staffed. i ordered my meal through their AI system which completely messed my order up. once a employee answered the speaker to correct the order, it seemed like she had an attitude. i pulled up to the first window i had to wait almost a whole 5 minutes before someone greeted me. when the manager or employee came to the window i was just told my total, a professional business would’ve apologized for the hold up at a “fast-food” restaurant. anyways, i got my card back with no receipt and was handed my drink with absolutely no ice. i asked for a cup of ice and with a attitude i was told they are out of ice and have been out of ice for a month now. i just blew it off, i was then asked to pull forward to wait on “fresh food”. 7 almost 8 minutes later someone brought out my order, however it wasnt fresh like they said it would be. the eggs were rubbery & the chicken was hard. POINT IS.. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
