  My name is Nora Johnson or Shekeyfa West and this was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. This guy that worked at the front was extremely helpful kind and just made going to Taco Bell not just a dining experience but a life experience never in my life have I enjoy talking to another person as I did in that moment right there and it makes me wanna come back. It makes me wanna spend more money. It makes me want to do more and I would just like to thank this Taco Bell for the best best. Best best service I’ve ever had in my entire life.

  We were looking for a good place to stop and eat. My dad's order was spot on, same for mine. But my cousin ordered three Doritos Locos Tacos, and he only got 2. And there were potatoes on it, which he did NOT order. My dad went over to them and said "Hey... Why did we get only two Doritos Locos Tacos? I might've ordered wrong." They were nice and said, "You can keep all the mistakes we made, and we will make the right food for you." We didn't even have to pay!!! One thing's for sure, the one-star reviews are TRASH!!!!! I recommend eating at this place if you live in Canal Winchester or Lithopolis and you are looking for a quick snack.😎

  Waited at the drive thru for 15 min because we were told they would not take the order until they were able to make it. So after that 15 wait, we were told it would be 10 minutes more. Just left. Definitely not fast food!

  I only eat Taco Bell about twice a year. I spent nearly 40 minutes in the drive thru at this location. Nearly half that time was sitting at the window waiting for my food. I watched the cashier prepare door dash after door dash order while I waited on my order. After being at this location for 30 minutes, I honked my horn and asked for a refund. The manager came to the window and explained they had new people and a lot of call offs for the day. He asked what my order was and said they were actually just starting to make it and then asked if I wanted to wait. So I asked so how long another 5 minutes? He said yes. I get having to train new people, but are they not able to shut off door dash orders to properly serve the people actually at the restaurant? As for the food, our cheese roll ups with beef were put in the bag first and smashed on the bottom and the doritos locos taco was super soggy, so I'm thinking it it had been made a while before.. Won't be back here. The Gender Road location is way better.
