    On 12/1, I placed a delivery order for $36. Despite spending 15 minutes on the phone with the “manager” to make sure she understood my order, it was still prepared incorrectly. I drove to the location to return the wrong order and have it remade. I then had to wait 45 minutes for the corrected order, which cost me an additional $25. When I asked about a refund, I was told it would be processed the next day. However, when I called the following day, the employee informed me the manager had forgotten to issue it. I was told the same thing the next day—again, that the manager had forgotten. This continued for the rest of the week. I was repeatedly told the refund hadn’t been processed and given inconsistent information about the manager’s availability. Staff initially claimed the manager was on-site, only to later admit she was not and that they had only been contacting her by phone. When I called today and asked to speak with the district manager, I was told I could not be given his name—or even the name of the store manager. They also said all managers were “unavailable” as they were leaving. However, when I asked for the corporate office number, they suddenly put the district manager on the phone. He claimed the refund had been issued on Friday, even though an employee on Saturday told me the manager had once again forgotten to process it. At this point, I do not know what to believe, as I have been lied to repeatedly. I told the district manager I was very upset and would be coming in on Friday if the issue was still unresolved. He responded by threatening to call the police on me and then hung up. I am extremely frustrated by the unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and mishandling I experienced at this Wingstop location. I did not deserve to be disrespected or hung up on, especially when the mistakes were not mine. I am currently out $60 due to their errors. I would strongly advise against ordering from this location. They refuse to provide any management contact information and repeatedly lie about who is actually in charge.

    I want to express my extreme disappointment with the Canal Winchester Wingstop location. This store has become consistently unprofessional, to the point where I would not accept a free meal from them. The management team is ineffective, and several employees are equally unprofessional. There have been instances where employees pretended to be management, lied about management not being present, and then suddenly brought a manager to the phone. That alone reflects a serious lack of leadership and accountability. There also appears to be no clear way to contact anyone above store management, according to the staff working there. When a business removes access to proper escalation, it leaves customers feeling ignored and undervalued. This location holds a 2.7-star rating, despite not being open very long — and that rating speaks volumes about the ongoing issues. As a business owner myself, I understand that customers are the foundation of any successful company. Without customers, there is no need for employees. When I spend my hard-earned money, I expect to be respected, valued, and heard. At this point, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    My daughter accidentally dropped a tray of wings and Dewand replaced them for me no problem! He was very kind and helpful. We have placed several big orders here and they are great.

    Do not order here at night. The night crew is lazy. I ordered the Cajun 10 piece corn with extra seasoning and got no seasoning on it. I also ordered an extra Cajun seasoning cup because they don’t always season their corn didn’t even receive the cup that I paid for. Also ordered wings that they just poured sauce on did not toss the sauce very disappointed.

    The sauce on my wings was great. But the wings were cold. The softdrink machine didn't have ice and the drink was flat. Not worth it. Should have gone to BWW. Will not e back.
