I arrived to pick up my order and there was 1 sandwich instead of 3. The manager was rude, disrespectful and showed no empathy. Katelyn was combative, over-talking and refused to give us the owners name/number and how to file a complaint. She kept saying how it was working and for other customers like we were lying for no reason. We asked for a refund and she was unwilling to help or fix the situation. We left without any food or refund! I tried calling another store but it was in pickerington and they said it was not apart of the franchise. Pick another location if you want Subway.
