  The kid working in there just came to the drive thru window with a vape in his hand!!!! And we are supposed to trust that our food is sanitary??!!!

  I come to this Donatos pretty often since I only live about 5 minutes away. I’ve never had an issue until today. I pulled up to the window for my pickup order and waited for about 5-7 mins. Never greeted by anyone. I walk inside to tell the guy working the counter what happened and ask who’s working the window and he says “I don’t know” and shakes his head. I then tell him my name for the order, he gets the pizza, I put my hand out and he places it on the counter with an attitude. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but the audacity to be mad at me for your poor customer service is beyond me!

  This location is amazing. Had some issues with door dashers taking my food then unassigning the order twice. I called them and they promptly remade my food and even gave me a couple coupons even though it wasn't their fault. They said this has been an ongoing issue with dashers here. I did report it to door dash also. Thank you to the ladies tonight for being so kind and understanding of the whole situation.
