I was so disappointed in the service, the cleanliness and the food that I will not be returning back to this location. There was food all over the ledge of the assembly line area, cross contaminated food inside of the toppings and fixings and trash/food all over the floors in the dining area. One of the employees that was wrapping the burritos that I ordered had sour cream all over his hands and got it all over the packaging of my food and bags without wiping it off or changing his gloves.

First i eat chipotle often, but this location has been the worse. 1st issue, bathroom was messy and had no paper towels Then when me and my son went to order they were out of almost everything(mind you this was at 330pm, well past lunch rush), we were 2 of 6 people in there to order. They were out of carne asada, fajitas, carnitas and had 1 scoop of regular steak The service was very slow and the lady kept getting confused. The portions given were small and inconsistent by item. I got the wrong beans and couldnt explain it. Then the soda machine was out of flavoring for sprite, pibb, lemonade. I didnt try anything else just got water. I just want to say this is extremly poorly managed and i will not be going here again or recommend this location to anyone else

Nonexistent management, lazy workers, and a horrific line of hangry costumers. However it’s my own fault, I keep coming back thinking “not this time; it’ll be different!” and without fail it’s worse, EVERY time.

Every single person in live had to repeat their order atleast 3 times. The portions are almost non existent. I promise when I asked for steak she gave me 4.25 steak cubes. The team member (Elijah I think) Was slower than smell. I’d bet my bottom dollar everytime he clocks in it’s like two good employees quit.
