    I would give 0 stars, if it was an option. Absolutely disgusting. The dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in. I should have turned around and walked back out, but my kids were starving. Absolutely terrible. When we went around the corner to get ice, little flies were swarming us. This Chipotle had major health code violations! We wound up getting something else after leaving and throwing our food away! Go to a different location!

    Ordered pick up and when we got there they said they had no chips and to get a refund I would have to call chipotle to get my money back. My food was anything but normal and packaged very differently. My quesadilla was terribly smashed in tin foil. I beg people never to order from here

    Out of all of the chipotle establishments that I have ever been in, this is by far the worst. You are always waiting on food, while dealing with their attitudes. Their attitude’s match the cleanliness of the restaurant. This is one of the newer locations, which is a last resort type of situation. There is a Taco Bell in the same parking lot. If their line wasn’t always so long, I would definitely go there to spend more money on food that comes out of plastic bags then to deal with this Chipotle. Taco Bell may not have the highest quality of food, but they have great attitudes and great customer service at that location. Do yourself a favor and Try to find a different restaurant to go to. My family and I spend a lot of money with chipotle, but when it comes to this location, we feel like they just playing out don’t want you there. Fortunately, I had to give them a star, but they don’t deserve that.

    I initially loved this location when the first opened up, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. After my husband completed a 16-hour shift, he arrived to pick up our order and waited in his vehicle. An employee made direct eye contact with him but did not acknowledge or assist him, requiring him to go inside to retrieve the order himself. Where she goes “oh you here to pick up an online order.” Uh yeah. They get a number to they could have called instead of wasting our time. Once inside, he was informed that they were out of chips and queso and that the app does not always update accurately. However, we have never experienced this issue before, and the explanation did not feel genuine. It appeared the staff had already begun closing procedures and chose not to fulfill the order or assist a paying customer appropriately. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and it has significantly changed our opinion of this location.

    It’s been a week since the experience I’ll be writing about (12-1-2025, 12pm), as I thought I’d get over it, but genuinely I’m sad about the state of fast food and feel like others should not waste their time at this second failing chipotle in Canal. When we walked in I noticed the staff was pretty much the same group that mistreated me last time I was there (blatantly ignoring me to talk to other kids ahead of me, saying right in front of me how they wished the customers would go home, all while letting the line stack up while they hung out with their friends). The food line looked like hell but anymore that’s normal at chipotle- they’re going to be out of several things. At least we were acknowledged this time, I’ll take it. After we get our poorly made food (overcooked, bland rice base) my boyfriend pays with a $20 and the change is like $3.30 back. The kid at the register says “I’ll have to get change” no problem. He comes back with an even $3. My bf says “I think you owe me more change?” and the worker says “we don’t have any more change”- okay, HUH? If you sincerely don’t have change whatever just say that BEFORE we offer cash lol. But the thing is, he did have change? My bf and I looked at each other confused and he says “yes you do?”, wondering if this is maybe a joke. The kid looks annoyed and finally goes and asks someone else (I assume a manager) and that guy gets it for us while the cashier talks to his friend on the line who says “$.30? I could have given him that” okay, why didn’t you then? .30 doesn’t matter a whole lot to us either, it’s the premise of the thing- why would you not say anything before we asked? Kid was just straight up lazy, it really was a shame to see such a disregard for customers. I told my bf after he went to get the rest of our change that this was the staff I came home complaining about recently and we both laughed because now he finally gets it. So embarrassing for y’all to be this lazy, do better 😂
