  This place is really good I’ve never been to this location but the food was hot, and fresh. Service was quick and friendly!

  Asked if they still had the footlong hotdogs and was told no just the regular ones. I ordered 2 regular hotdogs with extra onions. Took a while to get my order and then it was wrong, I was given Chilli Dogs which I don’t like. I told the lady I asked for Hotdogs with extra onions and she said you asked for chilli dogs. When the chilli dogs were put on the counter before I realized they were chilli dogs they were practically just tossed on the counter and they said chilli dogs really quietly we all looked at each other because of the way they were tossed on the counter then the server turned and walked away. I was given the two hotdogs in the same manner, just tossed on the counter then she walked away. When I got to my car and opened them up all of the onions were on one end not all over and they were raw not steamed at all and cold like they came straight out of the refrigerator. They still tasted good but the customer service was terrible and I doubt I’ll be going back.And seeing all the exact same answers to all your Complaints, I WONT BE COMING BACK.

  I understand the workers are young so I'm not being mean or judging, trust. But you need constructive criticism.. about the chicken baskets. Specifically the bread The photos attached are NOT!!!!! from the canal dairy queen. It's from the South Bloomfield dairy queen. Im showing you because it is perfect. Flawless. You guys should come down to south bloomfield and like ask to be trained or something. THIS is how you butter bread That toast should be yellow. Golden even. Liquid gold. Dripping and everything. If i ever find a dry triangle in my box again when I'm in canal... ill be sad. Also you guys never have the seasonal blizzards. That's crazy.. so many people stop at this dairy queen. Like. ??? Btw i never judge fast food workers for anything especially not kids this message is directed towards the managers and especially higher ups GET A GRIP taking all the actual workers pay for nothing 😑

  Honestly, I wish I had read some of these reviews before visiting. We waited in line for a good minute. No complaints. Get to the window wait a little more so ask for a water. We were asked to pull up to get that water after spending over $30 at their drive-through. We took two bites of our sandwich and realized it is not the bacon double that we asked for so my husband walks in and they literally want to take the sandwich out of his hand and put bacon on it in the back. When we refused that, they literally handed us bacon to put on our own sandwich.It s so hard to believe that this kind of service exists . As a multi business owner, I couldn’t imagine this kind of service. We didn’t see anyone over the age of 23 in there and don’t know whether that could’ve been the reason. All I do know is, I don’t want to believe that it was because of our skin color. If I could’ve given them a lower rating I would have.

  UPDATE: Are you serious? Did you not read anything? I DID THAT ALREADY AND YOU HAVE IGNORED IT! December 22, I came in right before closing because my daughter wanted a Blizzard. I ordered one for her and one for myself — an Oreo Blizzard and a Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard. The Oreo Blizzard was fine, but the Choco Brownie Extreme? Seems like the brownies took the day off. I submitted a complaint through the corporate website, and they said they would notify the franchise owner. It’s now been 53 days. Nothing. I even followed up a few days ago. So I formally requested escalation… we’ll see if that actually gets somewhere. Reading other reviews, it seems whoever replies here doesn’t really care about customer service. No offers to fix problems, no “let us make it right” — just copy/paste statements that could have been written by AI. Other locations/businesses at least fix issues with a replacement or gift certificate; here it’s basically “thoughts and prayers.” If the franchise owner or regional supervisor happens to read this: maybe it’s time to show that customer service actually matters?
