Long story short: if you care about not wasting your money and actually having a meal, maybe pick somewhere else.
We had an order pick-up for the 10:10 pm window (I know that’s late, it was a busy night for us). We pulled up to the drive through lane shortly after 10:10 and right off the bat, the girl running the window was extremely rude. She wasn’t done with the order yet, which we had no problem waiting. When she was done, she rudely shoved the bag out the window then just stared at us until we left. Not a big deal, maybe it was a long night for her, which I totally get it. Maybe it’s my fault for not having my fiancé pull into a parking space and opening both bowls to check, but after driving home (about a 20 minute drive), we open the bowls and to our surprise, my fiancé’s bowl has everything on it (rice, chicken Al pastor, cheese, tomatoes, and queso), but mine: nope. I had ordered rice, beans, chicken al pastor, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and even paid the extra fee for guac on my bowl. The only things that were right were the rice, beans, cheese, sour cream. There was some chicken Al pastor, but most of it was steak (no hate on the steak, I just didn’t want it), I was missing the tomatoes which made no since because my fiancé’s bowl had them, and no guac that I paid extra for. And the cherry on top: the bowl wasn’t even half way full. Of course, there was no way we were going back to the store to get it fixed (again 20 minute drive), so after searching high and low for the customer service phone number, I called to try to at least get refunded for the messed up/not filled bowl. Apparently I was inconveniencing the guy at the call center because he kept putting me on hold to talk to other people at the call center without telling me, and the “best he could offer” was a free entree (not including the guac that I had paid for) which expires in 30 days. No refund for the bowl, nothing offered for the guac I paid extra for. Also, no dinner for me. I’m appalled. So if you care about not wasting money and actually eating a meal, maybe pick somewhere else, or at least a different location.

Wow. This place has went down hill quick. It's just so gross to see the cross contamination all over. The sour cream is in EVERYTHING, and on their gloves(and other food get attached/folded to their baggy gloves, and will get dropped in the next bowl) . So even when you don't eat sour cream, it's still on your dish. We watched a pepper smothered in sour cream just slowly and dramatically slide down the corn container... And there was a lot of sour cream IN the corn. I wouldn't normally comment on this, but it's getting worse Everytime we go. And then we went to get a fork and napkins- it looked like a disaster happened. that corner looked like it was condemned. Has a health inspection happened lately??? If it hasn't, it needs to. Does corporate think this is acceptable? I won't post pictures. They have cameras if they actually care. Is there an actual store manager? We used to eat here regularly... But it's not getting better. (Well let me rephrase this, I stopped eating there a while ago, but two in my household will, but no thank you- we have food at home)
