    If they could get your order “right” they’d get a much higher rate. As a drive through online order, they give you a mess that you pay for ahead of time.

    I will always love Dunkin, but the service at this location is awful. I got a matcha latte and had maybe three sips because there was ice to the absolute top of the brim.

    I love Dunkin but this location is HORRIBLE. I'd rather drive out of my way than to go to this location. I went inside thinking it would be quicker. Well that was a big mistake. They werent understaffed at all and it appeared as if they lacked team work. To wait 15 plus minutes for a coffee is wild and even more so that it wasn't made correctly, Especially when you have workers on FaceTime or walking around doing nothing but being obnoxious. Someone walked out because they were taking to long and a lady even had to ask if there was anyone working the counter because none of us were being acknowledged. And let me add I've been a server for 6 years and y'all really need to do better. Instead of the "that's not my job" mindset focus on taking care of the customers because at the end of the day, that IS YOUR JOB.
