  There's absolutely NO reason after waiting 8 cars long and 8 mins per customer at a speaker to order only to receive an old cup of coffee at 6:30 a.m. in the morning!! I literally had to give it back and tell them I'd go back around to wait for a fresh cup, TWICE again!! Second time, they gave me my same coffee back, then on third round, I finally got a fresh one! Now before all of you Campbell-lites attack me and complain how you're JUST happy to have someplace here in town, well, I too am from here but STOP SETTLING!! This isn't the occasional mess up...I've gone out of my way literally to visit Midlothian/Market Dunkin because they NEVER disappoint! But every time I decide to give my city a try again, it's a negative outcome. In fact, the problem here is that all staff and management needs swept out and this store needs a reset!! Better training!! C'mon...Do BETTER Campbell Dunkin Donuts!! Teach the employees how to make fresh coffee, fresh food items. They leave frozen food out so it cooks faster! Really?! You're simply reheating here!! Teach them how to stir the product. Teach them the difference between donuts; A long John and fillings, Bismark vs. Creams, and also the importantance of greeting customers, a little kindness and a smile!!

  When I come to this location it takes too long at the drive thru window for coffee when there’s a long line I also use the other local Dunkin’ Donuts and for some reason they are much faster just giving my honest opinion thank you

  Don't order from them because if they don't have what you want they'll give you other donuts you didn't order in its place. Then the manager hang s up on you when you complain about it.

  AWFUL service, there’s always a long wait for an order that is always wrong. The staff are rude, with terrible attitudes, and are very angry you have the gall to be ordering from them. Just go to Starbucks.
