  Today 4/29/2026 I was at campbell ohio dunkin donuts and I waited 10 minutes for my bacon egg and cheese begal. I get to work to eat it and its been eaten half way. I have been calling all morning and no one will answer the phone. This is utterly disgusting to give a customer a half eat sandwich. Im continuing to try and call with no answer

  I mostly just get iced coffee favorite one as of right now is the banana cloud iced coffee. And for fall in like pumpkin spice,but the banana tops it all i really wish it would stay permanently.

  I am very disappointed with this location when I came through last night. I ordered my favorite drink, The dragon fruit with fresher, lemonade, extra dragon fruit it was made incorrectly. I was attended rudely by a male staff I also called last night about my drink being made incorrectly. I came through today at 11:20 A.M The general manager attended me Instead of replacing my drink completely, she Actually grabbed a new cup and added extra dragon fruit into it and poured the drink from last night into the new cup Which is completely unsanitary I had mentioned that that drink was from last night and I did not drink it because it was made incorrectly! I come to this location five times a week I’m extremely disappointed!

  There's absolutely NO reason after waiting 8 cars long and 8 mins per customer at a speaker to order only to receive an old cup of coffee at 6:30 a.m. in the morning!! I literally had to give it back and tell them I'd go back around to wait for a fresh cup, TWICE again!! Second time, they gave me my same coffee back, then on third round, I finally got a fresh one! Now before all of you Campbell-lites attack me and complain how you're JUST happy to have someplace here in town, well, I too am from here but STOP SETTLING!! This isn't the occasional mess up...I've gone out of my way literally to visit Midlothian/Market Dunkin because they NEVER disappoint! But every time I decide to give my city a try again, it's a negative outcome. In fact, the problem here is that all staff and management needs swept out and this store needs a reset!! Better training!! C'mon...Do BETTER Campbell Dunkin Donuts!! Teach the employees how to make fresh coffee, fresh food items. They leave frozen food out so it cooks faster! Really?! You're simply reheating here!! Teach them how to stir the product. Teach them the difference between donuts; A long John and fillings, Bismark vs. Creams, and also the importantance of greeting customers, a little kindness and a smile!!
