Set a reminder for 20 minutes before we were told that they would be with us shortly waited another 10 minutes and finally left! There was so many people who were frustrated and waiting labeling to do better on Staffing and or management stepping up!!

All so the managers can get their bonus. All fast food places do it now but that doesn't make it any less despicable.

Only mix vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and they leave out the fudge syrup that is supposed to be mixed in with it. They charge for extra toppings but there is hardly extra and it all sits on the top so half way through the blizzard is just ice cream and no toppings. Plus when asked to receive a copy of our receipt they dug it out of the trash and handed it to us with ice cream all over it.
