- AJAshley Jones1 day ago2.0If this was the first time I went to a BWW I can honestly say I would never try it again. There were approximately 15 customers in the entire place. Beyond dead as far as how busy they were. Took ten minutes for someone to even come to the front to seat us. Appetizers came out after our entrees..and both were cold. And not even the usual warm/cold where you’re annoyed but will still eat it anyway. It should not take an hour for two people to get boneless wings and a fried appetizer. On the positive, beautiful on the inside, clean bathrooms. And the server and manager were very nice. He comped the appetizers and apologized. This was the first time I have politely complained that my food was bad in at least ten years(felt bad but it was horrible and took way way too long).

Took a very long time to come out and wasn't very busy. Cheese curds were barely cooked. Out of new sauce already. Server was not great, took forever for refills, to-go boxes, check, etc. One of the worst experiences at this location.

I waited at the to-go counter for over 10 minutes no one said hi or even to check on us there was a waiter and waitress around and both ignored me and the other person sitting there who has already been there for over 10 minuets before me. When the girl came up to the counter she didn’t smile didn’t even welcome and that is so unacceptable. As Somone who has worked customer service that is unacceptable

Normally BWW is good, just that day it wasn't! And I dont blame anybody, it was just a bad batch of wings! It happens! Always next time! Plus when its Tuesday, you can't beat that deal!
