- JOJa OSep 26, 20251.0Expect to wait an EXTREMELY long amount of time just to get an order in. I’ve sat for 42mins because the incompetence of some of the people working there. This isn’t fast food, I could have just gone and sat down at a restaurant, ordered, ate, and left already. Also check every single item you order, 70% of the time something isn’t right or missing all together. Oh and think using the app will save you time? Nope. They either lose the order or it “never came through”. What it really is, is someone not paying attention or hitting wrong buttons. The staff is extremely undertrained to handle anything busy whatsoever. They never give you anything in compensation for your long wait or missing items, never even really apologize. Honestly one of the worst run McDonalds I think I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve traveled all up and down the USA.
