  I like this place because I see the owner working there sometimes. When employees (at any workplace) know the boss is watching they take their job seriously. I never have had one complaint, I feel that the store is clean. Additionally, the food is excellent.

  Ordered delivery and sandwich was made wrong. They really need to double check orders when the customer can’t watch them make it.

  Nothing against the employees but you should disable online ordering. Card was charged but order did not go through. Though the employee i talked to was no help, just saying check with my bank, like my bank did not just throw a subway charge on my account for no reason. Had proof of the account being charged. Could of just made the sandwhich and made it right. I get your system does not show it but my bank plainly does show a charge at your restaurant. Understand it is a website problem but comes a time when you just make it right

  Ordered online. Wanted a meatball sub with extra meatballs, just short of $7.00. Got home and there were 2 meatballs on it. I drove back and they said they were out of meatballs and I would have to come back another day to get my meatballs and they couldn't give me a refund.

  They wouldn't assemble my sandwich the way I want to. They had to use the same order as their cold table as per corporate. Companies should keep customers happy not the other way around. I won't be back
