- HTheather t3 days ago4.0We ordered a protein bowl without dressing and cheese, and replaced lettuce with spinach. The bowl was very skimpy for $9 we paid for it. Tori is making it right and was very helpful/kind. Go easy on her. We feel as customers who removed 2 of the more expensive items we should be getting a bowl full of SPINACH. We did order more spinach, which she did say we did not. I have a screenshot of my order saying more spinach. Not making a big deal of that as I assume system error. She's making it right and understood our frustration. For the owner- let them give a little extra ingredients when it makes sense to do. Some extra spinach in a bowl that has no bread, cheese, or dressing WONT HURT YOU! That sounds like poor business planning. Those are more expensive ingredients than a few extra leaves of spinach. In our bowl ($9!!) he got maybe 12 leaves total. Pitiful. Hes on a strict diet and wanted more spinach for a reason.
