    Incompetence. Manager seriously wanted to argue with me. I was just a simple traveler grabbing some drinks. The M.O.D. need some retaining. Idk if she was having an awful day but it is no excuse to be treating guests like crap. And the place stunk like crap (literally). No wonder. :/ I would be having a bad day too.

    Really shocked to read all these irate reviews. I’ve been going here several times a week for a year and have never had a negative experience. The one single time there was a minor problem with my order the manager was super nice and remade it for free the next time I came in. The staff are always friendly and professional, place is very clean. It’s miles above the other fast food stores in Burbank. I go to a lot go restaurants and there is nothing wrong with this one at all, in fact it’s on of the best.

    Very Rude manager this evening!!!, she wouldn't take dine room orders,she was to busy eating,so we left!! Dirty McDonald's in Burbank ohio!! Lobby was a mess and very disgusting..glad we didn't eat here.. I bet the food was awful like her attitude.. the people leaving 5 star reviews eat hungry man microwave frozen food I'm sure 😁

    If you want your order to be wrong, this is the McDonalds for you! Doesn't seem to matter if i used the APP or order in person, it's wrong. Shouldn't have to check the order every single time to make sure the person preparing could read the ticket correctly. I think I'm asking for to much.
