  Stopped at this Arby's on the way back from a college visit. Food was great, service was very friendly

  I'm a man that just doesn't get into writing reviews, but twice in about a week I've had an experience that is well above average, so I want to acknowledge the actions of well above average staff members. This evening my wife and I stopped at the Arby's in Burbank Ohio while on our way to church. Went to the drive thru and ordered a quick meal to share, and then pulled over in the parking lot to eat before heading out. We soon realized that our meal was missing the small order of curly fries, but we were in a hurry so just wanted to finish eating and get moving. It was then that we saw a young man wearing the Arby's uniform walking our direction across the parking lot and he explained the he had forgot to give us our fries, so he upgraded it to a large, and asked us to be careful because the fries were fresh and hot. I thanked him, and we soon were on our way. But I want to thank him again, along with the young lady that took our order. Both were very professional and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Also, my wife loves the peach cobbler. You need to give it a try!

  For what it is it's a good Arby's, with fast service and good quality food, but I don't really like Arby's selection of food.

  Too slow , what had been to fast food. Can't even take orders and more people forward in line. Just leave people waiting a long to to order and then longer for food.

  This is one of the worst Arbys around! Roast beef is always cold and rubbery with a weird taste! Staff is always rude! Only eat here for location covenience and when app has BOGO deals, not even that makes it worthbit anymore, I'm done! Stay AWAY!!!
