  So, I'd like to not even give 1 star but I guess I'll start there for effort. I come through at least once (most days 2 times) for iced Macchiato.'s... I always pay for extra Carmel drizzle as well. Every single time I order it they always screw it up somehow! It never tastes the same which blows my mind since it's a machine made drink! The employees will argue with me about how much Carmel they put in when I physically sit and watch it be made. The only time the crap is ever right is when Tiffany or Katarina makes it! This is becoming a problem when it's a reoccurring/daily thing!

  Terrible service consistently. Extremely rude employees. Food tastes good but got my order wrong and refused to fix it when I brought it to their attention.

  Our Bucyrus McDonald's is one of the best I've been to. They are, friendly, fast, and always get your order correct. I've never had a bad sandwich from here!!! Thank you, CG
