  Assistant manager Jo should be demoted until she can treat guest well one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald food is disgusting got sick immediately after and staff are disrespectful with no help when I went back in to ask if there fridge was working because what we ordered did not look right I was just trying to get to the bottom of it and the manager jo was one of the most rude and disrespectful people I’ve ever had to deal with never going back should file a lawsuit!!!

  Assistant manager Joe had the worst customer service we have ever experienced went through the drive through to get breakfast at 10 knowing they close at 10:30 and was told they switched over because no one was getting breakfast that day and it was on a Monday I was like what? Tried to be nice and ask just for a burrito before work hopefully that not much trouble seeing as on the website it says breakfast over at 10:30 and she was not having it one of the rudest managers I’ve ever experienced ever going back again and it was a daily thing for me.

  Went to McDonald’s at 10:15 I ordered online and I have the receipt for when I purchased it online at 10:15am for breakfast I get there at 10:25 and Assistant manager Joe said she cancelled it because no one was getting breakfast that day we said we did the order before 10:30 you should honor it otherwise the app wouldn’t let me order it she was unbearable and rude worst customer service I have ever experienced and she’s a MANAGER!!! She also never cancelled the order I need my money back!!!!! This is ridiculous the way she was treating my daughter

  Have a very nasty and rude manager named Joan. Not only was she rude to me on the phone, but she is rude to her staff quite often too. I know this isn’t the first incident. Someone like that should NOT be in a leadership position, and her skills and attitude says it all.
