- BSbig samOct 21, 20251.0the employees dont have respect or manners, if u come in as a door dasher they look at u like u dont exist and whej u try to talk to any of them they ignore u and act like they cant hear u. always getting order wrong, missing drinks. i had a very bad experience thru the drive thru, i pulled up for a sinple caramel ice coffee like i have always got but this rude girl kept oj acting like she couldn't hear what i was saying so i told her if u cant understand stand me plz give the ice coffee u giys have that starts eith a C, she still claimed she couldnt hear me out of joke and was laughing. so i went inside with my wife and ordered the same thing with the same girl but she could understand me because she realized i was there with my family. so my ppl ig u want to wait 30min just for a fast food go ahead but am just speaking from day to day experience.
