  How can a place that sells cheddar run out of cheddar all the damn time. It’s like on every menu item it’s ridiculous. Never ready and always slow with the food

  On several occasions iv gone and not only dose it take a long time to have your Oder taken. They never have shakes this is the third time iv been told the shake machine is down. Just a high level of un professional unfortunately.

  We waited at counter for several minutes before someone came to wait on us.ordered the box meat plus 3.wife got roast beef and I got chicken. The roast beef was alright but chicken was terrible. Must have set on warmer all day, dry and tough. Bun was burnt black on one side. Fries and cheese sticks tasted like old grease. peach cobbler was all dough and hardly any filling. Won't be back anytime soon.

  ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. 3 people working the lunch crowd. Had one hour to grab food and eat. Did not have my food until 31 minutes elapsed. Four people came in right before me. They all got served. 3 people behind me got their food before mine and all I ordered was a fish sandwich, 4 pc. potato cakes and large drink. Bun was burned on the inside. Potato cakes were overcooked, but edible. Overheard people working -- no standard sesame seed buns, no marinara sauce and few condiments/sauces. Last time I was in Defiance at Arby's there, the manager said she had to leave to travel to Bryan to deal with things. Not sure which place is run worse! DO NOT EAT THERE if you are in a hurry and if you do not care for Onion or Brioche style buns. Even though they had no sesame seed buns, I still got upcharged 50 cents for a Hawaiian bun. Ridiculous! Oh .... and my carry out order was rung up as carry out, but brought as a dine-in order.
